If you are interested in modeling and/or acting, having a quality portfolio designed by a professional is an absolute must. your photos are your calling card, and more often than not, your only form of reference for agents, casting, and others. A professional portfolio will not only enhance your attributes, but help greatly to sell your talent. Your portfolio photos should represent the genuine you, the real you! On the other hand, if the work is done poorly, with unattractive details and lighting, it can deny your chances of getting a part or role; it also can tag you as being unprofessional even before the first interview. Keep in mind that your portfolio (your calling card) may cross many desks and pass through many hands. It must stand out and accurately represent your talent. Portfolios that do not stand out, without a doubt, get overlooked! HEADSHOTS There are four types of headshots: glamour, commercial, legitimate, and industrial. Each of these portray different aspects and elements of your style, and have specific purposes, depending on the market you are aspiring to work in. All shots should be black and white 8X10s, have your name and contact number on the front, and your bio/press kit on the back. SESSIONS PORTRAIT (SHORT SESSION) $100.00 Includes consultation, 1/2 hour of photography, 10 proof prints. PORTRAIT (LONG SESSION) $175.00 Includes consultation, 45 minutes of photography, 20 proof prints ACTORS HEADSHOT $250.00 Includes consultation, 1 hour of photography, 2 wardrobe changes, 40 proof prints & 1 selected 8 x 10" print.
